The Great Pastry currently operates out of the bustling Riverside Market right in the heart of the city, with the kitchen located in the TUCK cloud kitchens on Tuam Street. We use real, fresh ingredients, and everything is made from scratch with love and technique by trained pastry chefs. We are fans of European technique but also reflect on the personal heritage of our chefs, often drawing inspiration from old skool flavour combos - because rhubarb and custard, yum!
We are currently in search for:
- Full Time and Part Time Front of House
- A Café Manager
- Full Time Experienced Pastry Chefs
- Part Time Pastry Chefs (will accept entry level).
