We started our Great Pastry Shop journey at the Christchurch Farmers Market, eventually opening a little shop on Welles Street, Christchurch. Now we have relocated to the bustling Riverside Market right in the heart of the city, and we’re loving our new home there. We’ve also joined a group of other exciting hospo businesses in the TUCK cloud kitchens on Tuam Street. All orders can be collected from us there.

We use real, fresh ingredients, everything is made from scratch (no factory produced fakey fillings and flavourings). Our food is made with love and technique. We are trained pastry chefs and fans of European technique but also reflect on our personal heritage, often drawing inspiration from old skool flavour combos - because rhubarb and custard, yum!
